Our Process

Our SaaS Application Development Process

The first release needs a clear boundary. We agree on the customer, the main job, and the features that make the product worth trying. Then we work through accounts, pricing rules, and the data each customer will keep. Designs let you try the flow before we code it. During the build, we test what happens when things go wrong, such as a failed payment or a blocked login. Launch planning covers hosting, support, and a way to spot faults. After release, feedback helps decide what comes next. The aim is to learn from use without losing control of the scope.

01

Define the First Paid Use Case

We ask who will pay, which problem matters most, and what they use today. Together, we define the first release, list its limits, and choose what early customer feedback should help you learn after launch.

02

Plan Accounts and Test the Flow

We outline user roles, plan limits, and data access before building screens. You review a clickable draft of signup and the core task, so confusing steps can be changed while the product is taking shape.

03

Build the Product and Billing Rules

We build the agreed features and connect account access with your billing rules. Regular reviews let you try the product as it develops and flag gaps between what was planned and what users will need.

04

Check Access and Subscription Changes

We test separate customer accounts, user permissions, and subscription changes. That includes failed payments and expired trials. We also check speed under agreed loads and fix issues before inviting customers to use the live product.

05

Release, Review, and Improve

We release the checked product, watch for errors, and review the first signs of use. Together, we sort fixes from feature requests and agree on support, upkeep, and the next changes worth adding to development.
