Project Overview

Hume is a modern real estate marketplace we designed and developed as an R&D project to explore what the next generation of property discovery could look like.

Inspired by platforms like Zillow, Trulia, and Opendoor, our goal wasn’t to replicate existing products—it was to rethink how people search for properties. Whether buying, renting, selling, or exploring new developments, the experience should feel intuitive, trustworthy, and effortless.

We focused on reducing friction throughout the entire journey, helping users move from casual browsing to genuine buying intent with confidence.

Problems

Finding a property online often feels overwhelming. Many real estate platforms prioritize the number of listings over the quality of the experience, making simple decisions unnecessarily difficult.
