Project Overview

Propertio is a modern property management platform we designed and developed as an R&D project to explore how landlords and property managers can manage their entire rental business from one centralized workspace.

Inspired by industry-leading platforms like Buildium and AppFolio, our goal wasn’t to recreate existing software—it was to rethink how property operations could become simpler, faster, and more connected. From tenant onboarding and lease management to maintenance requests, rent collection, and financial reporting, every workflow was designed to reduce operational friction and improve the experience for both property managers and tenants.

Problems
